Ministry: Pastors the Tabernacle Church, reaches out to small villages, leadership training, and church-planting.
Background: The Tabernacle Church, located in the jungle city of Yarina Cocha, which is considered a suburb of a bigger metropolitan city called Pucallpa.
He has been ministering in Yarina for over 15 years, first serving bi-vocationally, holding onto his day job of being an anesthesiologist. However, after many years of difficulty and burden for the people, Pastor Willer became a full time minister of the gospel in 2000. Our church has been working with Pastor Willer since 1999, and our relationship has grown ever since.
Together, we have been traveling down the Ucayali River, ministering in various churches in smaller villages and teaching the Bible to church leaders. We also concentrate on ministering to children and pre-Christians who have yet to accept the gospel message in their lives. Currently, P.Willer has implemented small group ministry in his church, and hopes to continue to encourage the believers down the river.
